We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • In original packaging with proof of purchase included

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at service@godesignm.com to request a return address
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase
  3. Ship the item to the address provided

Regarding return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to a godesignm error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free of charge
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Alternative refund methods such as cash or bank transfer are not supported.

  • Credit Card payments will be refunded to the original bank card account
  • Third-party payments (PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, etc.) will be refunded to the corresponding third-party account

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated immediately upon approval. Estimated arrival times are as follows:

  • Third-party payments (PayPal, etc.) — 1–3 business days
  • Credit card payments — 3–7 business days, up to 10 business days in some cases

Note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days and may affect processing times.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested within the specified cancellation window of 7–10 days will be processed accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimates and swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@godesignm.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
